Social ICON was asked to provide full-scale digital marketing and comprehensive event management services for the 2019 Impact Agent Conference by Real Estate power couple Jason and Diana Will. The team couldn’t wait to rise to the challenge!

Although Social ICON had never been tasked with planning a mega-conference, and it was their clients’ first stab in the conference arena as well, the event was deemed a huge success by the founders, speakers and attendees alike.

Held in New Orleans, LA, the first-ever Impact Agent Conference featured speeches by 21 Real Estate moguls and accommodated 300 attendees. The Social ICON team is proud to announce that they are in the planning stages of the 2020 Impact Agent Conference!




Cheryl Murphy first approached our CEO, Bri Snellgrove with the task of planning their Open House for Vivid Bridge just three weeks before their chosen date.

Social ICON was talked to manage all event logistics, RSVP management, social media management, email marketing, public relations and communication for the event.

Together Social ICON and Vivid Bridge set an attendance goal of 150. On the day of the event it was rainy, dreary. Still, 130 attendants still showed and have been talking about it ever since.

Felipe Muñoz is a mindfulness and meditation coach that is a part owner of Empathic Practice. He was interested in utilizing Social ICON to create an experience for his office Grand Opening.

On the day of the event, you could see the pyramid fire towers and animated logo from Cervantes Street in Downtown Pensacola. When attendees arrived, they were greeted by the Social ICON staff and filed through Empathic Practice’s new office where organic appetizers were found in each room.

Through Eventbrite, 150 RSVP’d, and more than 70 attendees toured the intimate, exotic and modern offices of Empathic Practice.

Long Hollow Creatives contracted Social ICON to manage the Grand Opening of their new unique co-working space in their historic gem in Downtown Pensacola.

The devil is in the details as they say, and Social ICON delivered a plan with an effective event flow, a soft glow from the outdoor fire pit and the luxury scents from hand picked soaps.

This event was coined as the “Influencers of Instagram” hangout. With a studio space upstairs, the content produced an almost immediate return on investment.

With the digital communications through Facebook, Instagram, Mailchimp and Eventbrite, we maxed out RSVPs at 150 and 143 attended.
